These terms and conditions of use (the Terms) explain how you may use this website (the Site) and any of its content. References in these terms and conditions to the Site means www.thelegalcomplianceacademy.org and all associated webpages.
These Terms apply between The Legal Compliance Academy (we, us or our) and you, the person accessing or using the Site (you or your). By using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should stop using the Site immediately.

We are The Legal Compliance Academy a trading arm of Legal Compliance Support Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 15338320. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX.
Our VAT registration number is 462 7899 38,
We provide on-line training courses available for purchase on the Site (“The Services”). Our courses may consist of video content, written materials and interactive assessments.

Using the Site
As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree to agree not to:

You must always acknowledge our status as the authors of material on our site (and those of any identified contributors) and you must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with these Terms or any applicable law.
Prices & Payments
The prices payable and payment methods available for Training Courses are set out on the Website.
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
All payments must be in GB Pounds Sterling.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store payment card details.
You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site.
Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds will be provided if you cancel any Training Course at any time after you have accessed the Training Course.
Subject to the above you may cancel your Training Courses order within 14 days of the date we confirm your order by sending an email of your request to:

Upon cancellation, you will be issued with a refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Card payment refunds usually take 3-5 Working Days and bank transfer refunds may take up to 10 Working Days.
If you cancel your Training Course order after the 14-day period specified above you will not be entitled to a refund, except in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of The Legal Compliance Academy. If a refund is made in these circumstances an administration fee may be charged
Privacy & Personal Information
We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Ownership, Use & Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, information, designs, course materials, videos, quizzes, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Legal Compliance Academy. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
The intellectual property rights in the Site and in any text, images, video, audio or other multimedia content, software or other information or material submitted to or accessible from the Site (Content) are owned by us and our licensors.
